ASIASOFT LAUNCHES MALAYSIAN SUBSIDIARY, AS ONLINE SDN BHD

- Expansion to cater to growing Malaysian gaming community needs -

Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia - 2 December 2008 - Asiasoft Group, the online entertainment leader in Southeast Asia, announces the official launch of its Malaysian subsidiary, AS Online Sdn Bhd [Asiasoft Online (Malaysia)]. To commemorate the opening, Asiasoft Online (Malaysia) releases two online game services, RappelzSEA - a Massively-Multiplayer Online Role-Playing Games (MMORPG) and Sudden Attack - a Massively-Multiplayer Online, First Person Shooting Game (MMOG-FPS) for Southeast Asia.

Asiasoft Online (Malaysia) handles the operations for its online game services and distribution for PC games through local channels. The latest RappelzSEA and Sudden Attack game servers for Southeast Asia will be hosted in Malaysia's office with a dedicated sales and marketing team to conduct local product, services research and development. In addition, it will provide a full fledged customer service team to cater the needs of the gaming community.
