As 143 warrant holders of Asiasoft Corporation Public Company Limited ("The Company") holding ESOP warrants of 3,183,000 units have exercised their right to buy 3,243,463 ordinary shares at the exercise price of Baht 1.- per share, totaling Baht 3,243,463.- on May 29, 2009. As the result, the paid - up capital of the Company has been increased from Baht 300,000,000.- to Baht 303,243,463.-
The Company would like to inform that the Company has already registered the increase paid-up capital from Baht 300,000,000.- to Baht 303,243,463.- with Department of Business Development, Ministry of Commerce on June 10, 2009.
