Asiasoft Corporation Public Company Limited ("The Company") would like to notify the Stock Exchange of Thailand that on 12 June 2009, director of A Game Company Limited has the resolution to dissolve A Game Company Limited that now is in the process according to the law. If A Game Company Limited has been dissolved by registration and completed the process of liquidation, the Company will notify later.
The Company wishes to further inform that A Game Company Limited has registered capital 5,000,000 Baht divided into 50,000 ordinary shares with a par value of 100 Baht each. All shares have been issued and fully paid up. A Game Company Limited is one of Company's subsidiaries in which the Company holds 99.99% of registered capital and has the core business to develop PC Games and Online Games.
A Game Company Limited has not been operated the business. Therefore, the dissolution of A Game Company Limited has no impact to the business operation of the Company.
