Asiasoft Corporation Public Company Limited ("The Company") would like to notify the Stock Exchange of Thailand that on 28 October 2009, the Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders of ASK Software PTE. LTD. has the resolution to dissolve ASK Software PTE. LTD. that now is in the process according to the law. ASK Software PTE. LTD. had dissolved by registration on 30 October 2009 and If ASK Software PTE. LTD. has been completed the process of liquidation,the Company will notify later.
The Company wishes to further inform that ASK Software PTE. LTD. was established under the laws of Singapore and has registered capital 1,000 Singapore Dollar divided into 1,000 ordinary shares with a par value of 1 Singapore Dollar each. All shares have been issued and fully paid up. ASK Software PTE. LTD. is one of Company's subsidiaries in which the Company holds 80% of registered capital and has the core business to distribute computer software via internet.
ASK Software PTE. LTD. has not been operated the business. Therefore, the dissolution of ASK Software PTE. LTD. has no impact to the business operation of the Company.
