Subject : Notification of the liquidation of a subsidiary
To : President The Stock Exchange of Thailand
Asiasoft Corporation Public Company Limited ("The Company") would like to notify the Stock Exchange of Thailand that A Game Company Limited, the core business to develop PC Games and Online Games and a 99.99% subsidiary of the Company, had registered the dissolution of a company with the Business Development Department, the Ministry of Commerce since July 1, 2009. A Game Company Limited is now completed the process of liquidation effective on December 29, 2009.
A Game Company Limited has not been operated the business. Therefore, the dissolution and liquidation of A Game Company Limited has no impact to the business operation of the Company.
