Subject : Notification of the liquidation of a subsidiary

Asiasoft Corporation Public Company Limited ("The Company") would like to notify the Stock Exchange of Thailand that ASK Software PTE. LTD. was established under the laws of Singapore, the core business to distribute computer software via internet and a 80% subsidiary of the Company, had registered the dissolution of a company with Accounting and Corporate Regulator Authority of Singapore since October 30, 2009. ASK Software PTE.LTD. is now completed the process of liquidation effective on January 13,2010.
ASK Software PTE. LTD. has not been operated the business. Therefore, the dissolution of ASK Software PTE. LTD. has no impact to the business operation of the Company.
