Subject :Dissolution of Playpal Company Limited
To :President The Stock Exchange of Thailand
Asiasoft Corporation Public Company Limited ("The Company") would like to notify the Stock Exchange of Thailand that on February 9, 2010, director of Playpal Company Limited has the resolution to dissolve Playpal Company Limited and the measure would be proceeded on the related registration of the dissolution of the Company in accordance with the law.
The Company wishes to further inform that Playpal Company Limited has registered capital 25,000,000 Baht divided into 250,000 ordinary shares with a par value of 100 Baht each. All shares have been issued and fully paid up. Playpal Company Limited is one of Company's subsidiaries in which the Company holds 90.198% of registered capital and has the core business to develop PC Games and Online Games. The dissolution of Playpal Company Limited has no impact to the business operation of the Company.
