As Asiasoft Corporation Public Company Limited ("The Company") held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders year 2010 on 23rd April 2010 at 14.00 hours, at Panorama 1 Room,14th Floor, the Emerald Hotel, No.99/1 Ratchadapisek Road, Din Daeng, Bangkok 10400.
The Company would like to inform that, the Company has already posted the Minutes of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders year 2010 on the Company's website http://as-th.listedcompany.com/notice.html since May 7, 2010 for shareholders to acknowledge and verify.
The Company would like to invite all shareholders to submit opinions on the such minutes to the Company Secretary, Asiasoft Corporation Public Company Limited, 28th Floor, UM Tower No.9, Room 9/283-5 Ramkhamhaeng Road, Suanluang, Bangkok 10250 or via E-mail chalermchai@asiasoft.co.th within June 7, 2010.
