14 August 2013 - Mr. Kenny Goh, Chief Financial Officer of Asiasoft Corporation Public Company Limited announced that the company has proposed to pay an interim dividend of Baht 0.20 per share in respect of the second quarter performance. The Company reported 2013 second quarter overall revenue of 428.64 Million Baht, a 29 % decrease from the same period of last year (2012: 604.18 Million Baht). Net profits for the quarter reported 37.17 Million Baht, a decrease of 58% from the last year (2012: 89.19 Million Baht).

Revenue decreases primarily contributed by the lower distribution revenue because of the lack of major distribution title launched this quarter as compared to the major product launch for Blizzard’s Diablo III title in 2012. There is no major distributed product launch this quarter.

Mr. Goh reported that the company has adjusted its full year revenue target due to delay launching of the AAA game titles to fourth quarter or later. The company is restructuring and optimizing its operations to enhance its competitiveness. The Company expects the revenue of this year to maintain as compared to last year.
