Asiasoftreported revenue of Baht 364.5 Millionwith net profit of Baht 11.38 Million, announcedto service PSO2 from SEGA from this month.

12 May 2014 - Mr. Kenny Goh, Chief Financial Officer of Asiasoft Corporation Public Company Limited announced that the company reported 2014first quarter overall revenue of 364.5 Million Baht, a 22% decrease from the same period of last year (2013: 468.88 Million Baht). Net profits for the quarter reported 11.38 Million Baht, a decrease of 78% from the last year (2013: 51.85 Million Baht). The operating results for first quarter reflected a weak performance in both domestic and oversea revenue due to weak performance in new game launches and delays from the new game launches. COGS and SG&A from both domestic and oversea decreased 55 Million Baht or 14% from the last year due to decreasing in Royalty Fee and Employee Expenses.

Mr. Goh reported thatCompany planned to launch Phantasy Star Online2 (PSO2) from Sega in Thai and English version in 6 countries including Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia and Philippines. Thai version will be launched in 20 May and English version in 29 May. Asiasoft received over 100 thousand beta activation for both English and Thai services. Mr Goh also updated that the companyhas entered into partnership with Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. to bring Heroes of the Storm™ ("Heroes") to Southeast Asia. We are confident to get good response for both games.

The Group targeted to grow its revenue in FY2014 by more than 25 from FY2013. Overseas revenue contribution is expected to exceed that from domestic market.
