29 February 2016, - Mr. Pramoth Sudjitporn CEO of Asiasoft Corporation Public Company Limited ("Asiasoft" or "The Group") announced today that the Group incurred a loss of 475 Million Baht mainly due to provision for impairment in subsidiaries which consist of Loss on impairment of investment in subsidiaries 366.7 Million Baht and Loss on loan in subsidiaries 174.1 Million Baht, which are one off items only in year 2015.
The Group decided to make full provision for impairment of asset in year 2015 in order to see more effective and dynamic in year 2016. The company is in the process of the restructure investment in term of closed down, Sales for non value added revenue section to achieve the competitive advantage and reduces costs of redundancy.
Asiasoft is focusing in growing on PC and Mobile which targeting to launch more than 8-10 Mobile Games and 3-4 PC Games which are alternative type of game. We are optimistic to see the Group turning around in 2016 added Mr. Pramoth Sudjitporn.
