October 10, 2016 Asiasoft disclose company restructure and increase capital 102,469,254 baht to build a strong and competitive business.
Mr. Pramoth Sudjitporn, CEO of Asiasoft Corporation Co., Ltd said the company adjust business strategy to simplify the structure of subsidiaries in Thailand and overseas by sales or transfer and/or close to streamlines management as well as increase operational efficiency and cost savings. It also emphasizes cooperation with allies abroad with a representative office or branch office.
After the change, the company will have office in Singapore, Malaysia, Phillipine and representative in Indonesia. In Vietnam will cooperate with local partners in order to create effective competition.
In addition, the company will propose to the shareholder for approval of capital increase 102,469,254 Baht thus the registered capital is changed from 307,407,762 baht to 409,877,016 baht.
With this adjustment, Asiasoft believe to generate profit and confidence to investors.
