Subject : Result of the exercise of Warrants to purchase new ordinary shares of Asiasoft Corporation Public Company Limited (ESOP Project) No.1/2008

As Asiasoft Corporation Public Company Limited ("The Company") issued and allocated 15,998,000 units of warrants to purchase new ordinary shares to directors and employees of the Company (ESOP Project) No.1/2008 of which 1 unit of warrant can be exercised to 1.019 ordinary shares at Baht 1.00 per share. The warrants exercise date shall be in every 6 months on the last business day of May and November throughout the term of the Warrants except for the final exercise date that shall be 15 May, 2011. In case the exercise date is on the bank holiday, the exercise date shall be postponed to the last working day prior to such exercise date. The 4th exercise date is on November 30, 2010.
The Company would like to report the result of ESOP warrants exercised on the 4th exercise date, November 30, 2010 as follows:
1. Number of holders who exercised their rights 2. Number of holders to whom ordinary shares were allotted 3. Number of warrants exercised 4. Number of ordinary shares issued through the exercise 5. Warrants remaining after this exercise 6. Number of ordinary shares reserved for remaining warrants exercises
